"Just recently watched the movie "Courageous" (2011) and it was a great movie. Alex Kendick's Movies just get better and better. I'm really happy that there is someone in the industry who still creates good-moral inspirational & motivational movies of good faith. Most movies now'a days are crap and waste of time/money, but not this one! 100/10." I am recommending this movie to all my friends, family and relatives.

Hello My name is Kenneth Grant Taylor. WOW! When "Facing The Giants" first came out my wife and I were dumbfounded as we observed the name of the main character! We were further stunned as we saw the SERIES of tests and trials Grant Taylor endured as we were (and still do) enduring a series of test and trials of our own. We could not help but think that God was speaking to us specifically through this film! WE could TOTALLY relate to the emotion of the Taylors. Just like Grant Taylor, it seemed that everything that could go wrong went wrong. I'm not speaking of self inflicted troubles. We had lost several children before God blessed us with 2 healthy boys (age 10 and 12)!! I know the feeling of trying so hard to cross every "t" and dot every "i" and it seems things get worse! Since that time (Making a long story short) God has miraculously healed me of diabetes!!!!!!!!!!!! God is a miracle worker! I just want to encourage you to keep doing what your doing. Your labor is not in vain!
Today my church had a movie night were we had two other churches came together and watched the movie Courageous. At many times during the movie you could hear everyone crying or laughing. I would like to thank you for making this movie and hope and pray you make more like this. After watching this movie I promised myself and prayed for God's help to be the best dad I can be. For I am a seventeen year old boy growing up pretty much fatherless. My dad left me at the age of two then got a abusive step dad. This movie helped me say I will step up and lead my family, I will bring them to Christ, I will not be like the bad examples I had, I will step up and be courageous.
I HAD TO READ ABOUT THIS PRODUCTION COMPANY. I WAS CAPTURED BY THE THEME WHEN I WATCHED FIRE PROOF AND I WATCHED EVERY PART OF THE PRODUCTION. A HUMBLING HUMBLING EXPERIENCE. I just finished watching the movie Courageous and really enjoyed the message of the movie, so much that I wanted to know how I can help in my community with young people who are without a father and need a mentor. My wife and I couldn't have children of our own and I have been asking God to direct me on how to be involved. I have really been looking for an opportunity to serve and make a difference. May God continue to bless you in your film ministry and develop films that are not only thought provoking with a strong biblical message, but impress/influence individuals who desire to serve God, have the courage to do so.
WOW!!! COURAGEOUS is one of my all time favorite movies now. This is exactly what our country and society needs at this time of turmoil. Absolutely a phenomenal family movie which I recommend everyone to see. We will help spread the word because this is truly a blessing and what better way to bring families together! It is never too late if there is FAITH, HOPE and the greatest of these LOVE. I was lucky to be raised by two parents who were truly courageous and taught us our faith, morals and values. I love your films. I wish that we had more people willing to make good wholesome family oriented Christian films. As a mother of 2 girls I find it a struggle to keep them modest when clothing stores and television shows are not. I truely wish that more movies and tv series had wholesome family values. COURAGEOUS ROCKS AND SOP DOES FIREPROOF!!! I haven't been able to take the COURAGEOUS DVD out of the player because I keep watching it over and over and over. I saw your movie with some young people who are serving in this country and since the saw has been a blessing actually saw an 22 but only 9 started going to the iglecia and truth that movie is very beautiful I as I have a project hope someday to have the economic status to become a movie about my short life and what to me .... your movie susedido is something that opened my eyes to many ... and as he taught that God is always with us ... =) Blessed ... from Venezuela ....
My family and I enjoyed your movie very much. Your sermon at the end of the movie sounds like the LDS proclamation on the family. It was heart warming to hear the confirmation that doing is part of our responsibility as followers of Christ . After all it isn't what He thought about mankind,but what He did. To choose how we worship God is a gift,but to love one another is a commandment. Though we may agree to disagree over the practices of christian sects we should all celebrate projects like your movies that draw us together and boldly proclaim that Jesus is the savior of the world and his gospel can change every man for the better.
P.S. your portrayal of the police in your movie was well done.

Just wanted to tell you about & encourage you about the impact of "Courageous". A Christian inmate friend in Amarillo (Neal unit) wrote me that they had seen the movie in their worship service about a month ago. There was not a dry eye in the house! The guys were so impressed with that movie that word spread throughout the unit. I immediately went to Lifeway & had them send a couple of the Courageous books, which they have devoured & shared. I also got the Resolution, came home & carefully reduced it to fit 2 on a page & sent some color copies for them to put in their Bibles & a larger copy for the chaplain to post. (I hope you don't mind!) The demand has grown! The ESL classes now want copies! Not only that, but the MUSLIM worship group requested to see the movie!!! Can you believe it?!! Amazing what God is doing with that wonderful movie!! Thank you! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! I bought the DVD & have shared it several times now. Everyone loves it!!

I have seen 4 Alex Kendricks movies, are there more? They are so good. I cried so much during Courageous I gave myself a headache. In light of all the new prenatal testing that is happening these days, October Baby is coming at an opportune time. There are tests coming that can detect babies with down syndrome and other chromosomal differences at 10 weeks according to the Feb 27th Time magazine. I am worried that abortion will be on the rise. Doctors are now stating right away your "options"upon getting an ultrasound to find a heartbeat. Amnio's and cvs tests are being encouraged in case you are having a baby with a "difference" and want to abort him/her. People with down syndrome are becoming endangered. Then what other group of people will get targeted? I have 4 beautiful children, including twins and a child with down syndrome. I'm so thankful for each one. God uses each of my children to show his light. Thank you for doing a movie on pro-life. If you ever do a movie on a child with special needs, I got a cutie! (-: God bless you all.
